commercial_remedies_conference_2015On 9 and 10 July the Cambridge Private Law Centre hosted a conference at Trinity College entitled Commercial Remedies: Resolving Controversies.

During the conference 23 papers were presented on different contemporary controversies relating to the award of commercial remedies. The contributors were from Cambridge, Oxford and London. Generously supported by Clifford Chance, with representatives from the firm attending and participating in the discussions, the plan is for the papers to be published by Cambridge University Press in 2016.

The conference was organised by the directors of the Centre, Professors Graham Virgo and Sarah Worthington.
